Complimentary Consultation

At Upper Cervical Treviso a consultation is a conversation; not an examination, we’ll determine if this can be the solution you’ve been searching for to achieve optimal health.

When you visit our practice, two things will happen:

  • We will get to know you.
  • You will get to know Precision Chiropractic, and how we may be able to help you achieve better health.

We will provide you with an overview of chiropractic, and the explain how our focus – Neurostructural Correction – is quite different than traditional Chiropractic. Most Importantly, we’ll determine if this can be the solution you’ve been searching for to achieve optimal health.

NeuroStructural Chiropractic Examination

You will be asked to complete a complete health history and after the initial consultation with the Doctor, you can choose to schedule a NeuroStructural Examination.

Our initial Consultation has no cost

Infrared Thermography

Infrared Thermography (IRT) is a non-invasive imaging technology used to measure temperature differences on the skin’s surface. This technology is used in many fields, including medicine, where it has become a valuable tool in the detection and management of various conditions. In particular, Upper Cervical Chiropractors have found it useful in the analysis of neurological patterns in their patients.

The upper cervical region of the spine is a critical area that houses the brainstem and controls many vital functions, including heart rate, respiration, and blood pressure. Any shift or subluxation in this area can interfere with the normal function of the Nerve System and lead to various health problems.

IRT can detect temperature differences in the skin’s surface, which can indicate underlying neurological dysfunction. The technology works by detecting infrared radiation emitted from the skin’s surface and converting it into an image. The image displays the temperature differences across the skin’s surface, with areas of higher temperature indicating increased activity or inflammation and areas of lower temperature indicating decreased activity or reduced blood flow.

IRT is a safe and non-invasive method that does not use any radiation or require any injections.

Surface Electromyography

Surface Electromyography (sEMG) is a non-invasive diagnostic tool used to evaluate the function of the muscles of the spine. This technique uses surface electrodes placed over the skin to measure the electrical activity of the muscles. The information obtained from the sEMG can help to identify muscle imbalances, weakness, and dysfunction in the spine.

One application of sEMG is to evaluate motor nerve activity and postural imbalances.
Abnormalities in the EMG signals can indicate problems with motor nerve function, such as nerve compression, inflammation, or degeneration.

The use of sEMG for evaluating motor nerve activity has potential applications in a variety of clinical settings. For example, it can be used to diagnose and monitor conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, and spinal stenosis. It can also be used to assess the effectiveness of different approaches such as physical therapy or Chiropractic care.

The Autonomic Nerve System (ANS) Evaluation

The Autonomic Nerve System (ANS) Evaluation is an innovative and advanced technology used by Upper Cervical Specialists for the evaluation of patients. It is a non-invasive tool that provides valuable insights into the functioning of the Autonomic Nerve System (ANS), which plays a crucial role in regulating various bodily functions. By measuring such things as heart rate variability, the ANS evaluation can assess the balance and adaptability of the body.

The ANS evaluation provides valuable information about the overall health and function of the nerve system. It can identify imbalances or dysregulation in the autonomic tone, which may be linked to various health conditions or symptoms. Through this examination, Upper Cervical specialists gain insights into the underlying NeuroStructural imbalances that may contribute to health problems.

Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT)

CBCT is a specialized form of X-ray imaging that provides detailed 3D images of the head and neck region. It is particularly useful for visualizing the upper cervical spine, which is a complex and delicate area of the body that is often difficult to assess properly with traditional X-ray imaging.

CBCT imaging allows Upper Cervical Chiropractors to more accurately diagnose NeuroStructural shifts in the upper cervical spine and plan more targeted and precise adjustments to correct these misalignments. It can also be used to monitor the progress of care over time and ensure that adjustments are having the desired effect.

NeuroStructural Examination

After the initial consultation with the Doctor, you can choose to schedule a NeuroStructural Examination. It includes specific Structural and Neurological exams used to detect a NeuroStructural shift and start to determine the primary cause of your secondary conditions.

The Restabilization Room is an innovative room at Upper Cervical Treviso.

After the correction of a NeuroStructural shift, our patients undergo a period of restabilization where the body has the opportunity to stabilize the correct position of the vertebrae.

This allows the body to focus on the healing process in an extremely comfortable and relaxing environment.
